Andry Henriquez, Esq.
Founder
Andry Henriquez is a New York-admitted attorney with over eight years of experience spanning litigation, federal compliance, entertainment law, and immigration.
He currently serves as Of Counsel to VAgencia, a talent agency representing fitness and wellness creators, entrepreneurs, and advocates. In this role, he advises on brand partnerships and contract negotiations, including intellectual property, content licensing, usage rights, exclusivity, and related deal terms that affect long-term brand value. He has negotiated brand deals for creators with audiences in the millions.
Andry also maintains an active immigration practice, representing individuals and families in both business and family immigration matters.
Earlier in his career, Andry built a strong litigation foundation in New York courts and administrative forums—handling motion practice, hearings, trials, and negotiated resolutions. He later served as an Attorney Advisor at the U.S. Small Business Administration, investigating suspected fraud and advising on federal regulatory compliance.
He earned his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law and holds a B.A. and Master's in Public Policy from John Jay College. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
